Conditions for participation
2.1 The participant must hold a valid driver’s license for vehicles that are driven at activities and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 The participant must have insurance that covers the motorcycle, driver and third parties and that the vehicle must be legal to drive.
2.3 Open exhaust systems with limited sound attenuation are not allowed on vehicles and specific rules for participation for each activity must be complied with for participation. See rules for participation during each activity.
2.4 The participant must use appropriate protective equipment in addition to what is legally required. That is, CE-marked protective clothing, cross/offroad boots, back protection, knee protection.
2.5 The participant is responsible for taking note of the information and rules for each activity and ensuring that these are complied with.
2.6 The tour leader/guide has the right to cancel participation for people who do not follow the set rules for the current activity without refunding the fee.
Example: If the participant has registered for an activity that exceeds the participant’s driving level. If the participants’ equipment does not meet the requirements for participation or if the code of conduct is not respected.
2.7 The participant is responsible for keeping a sufficient distance from the motorcycle in front for safety reasons and to avoid stone chips that can damage people and equipment. For injuries caused by stone chips from the motorcycle in front, the person riding behind is responsible and not Dalexs or the driver of the motorcycle in front.
2.8 The participant is responsible for bringing the equipment that may be required for repair and maintenance of their motorcycle and/or equipment. If the participant is unable to complete the activity, the participant is responsible for any recovery and transportation home. Refunds will not be made if the activity is canceled by the participant.
Dalexs will assist to the extent possible with knowledge, spare parts and support but does not provide any guarantees. Any increased costs for spare parts, recovery or other costs are covered by the participant.
2.9 Dalexs does not collect data or personal information about participants that are not relevant to the activity for practical or security reasons. Signed documents with contact information for a relative in the event of an accident are destroyed immediately after the activity is completed. Dalexs does not share any personal information or data with third parties.
Purchase Agreement & Payment
3.1 The agreement is binding when the participant has paid the fee for the activity. See information for each activity regarding whether a registration fee applies.
3.2 Dalexs must have received full payment according to the information provided in the respective activity.
3.3 When a registration fee is applied, this is to confirm the participant’s place at the activity. A place for participation is only obtained when the registration fee is received by Dalexs.
3.4 In the event that more participants pay a registration fee or participation fee than there are available places at the activity, the first-come, first-served principle will be applied and Dalexs will refund the registration fee without delay to people who did not receive a place. People who paid but did not receive a place will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which Dalexs originally received the payment.
3.5 In the event of fully subscribed activities, a waiting list will be applied in the order in which Dalexs received the registration. See information for each activity regarding registration for the waiting list.
3.6 When a waiting list is applied and available places are made available, Dalexs will contact the person on the list in order of priority. In the absence of a response from a person on the waiting list, the question will be passed on to the next person on the list. In order to confirm participation after receiving a place, the registration fee or participation fee must be paid.
3.7 If payment is not made in full on the date mentioned for each activity, the participant’s place will be made available to others.
Cancellation & refund of group tours and roadbook meetings
4.1 In the event of cancellation, any unpaid registration fee will be refunded when this applies.
4.2 In the event of cancellation no later than 1 month before the activity, fees paid will be refunded, excluding any registration fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4.3 In the event of cancellation later than 1 month before the activity, a 50% refund of the participation fee with any registration fee deducted will be made after presentation of a medical certificate.
Example: Total price for participation is 4500 SEK, of which 500 SEK is the registration fee. In this case, 50% of 4000 SEK, i.e. 2000 SEK, will be refunded.
4.4 The participant may transfer the paid trip to another person who meets the requirements for the activity after Dalexs has been notified of the transfer and confirmed this.
Cancellation & refund of ordered roadbooks and tours for own implementation
4.5 Orders for specific dates can be changed free of charge no later than 14 days before the start of the order, subject to space on the desired dates.
4.6 If a cancellation is made later than 14 days before the booked date, 50% of the payment paid will be refunded, or the entire payment will remain with Dalexs as credit for later implementation of the tour or other activity. The customer chooses whether 50% will be refunded or whether 100% of the payment will remain as credit for future bookings.
In the event of obstacles during the activity, interrupted or adjusted activity
5.1 In the event of too few registered participants, illness or events beyond Dalexs’ control, Dalexs has the right to cancel the activity. In the event of a cancelled activity, all payments made will be refunded without delay.
5.2 If Dalexs is unable to deliver an activity due to events, illness or other reasons, the activity may be adjusted or cancelled early. Dalexs will refund all or part of the payment made based on when the activity is cancelled.

5.5 Dalexs has the right to cancel the participation of participants during the activity if the participant does not follow Dalexs instructions, acts at risk to another person or does not meet the requirements for the activity. If cancelled at Dalexs’ request, no refund will be made and the participant is responsible for continuing their journey on their own. Before the interruption of continued participation, Dalexs will clearly mark with a verbal warning and help with adaptation.
5.8 Dalexs will notify no later than 1 month before the start of the activity if the activity cannot be carried out in the event of too few registrations or other reasons. In the event of cancellation by Dalexs, all fees paid will be refunded without delay.
