  • The development tour begins with a review of settings, equipment, and positions on the bike before we roll out on the ride.
  • If the Camping & Travel component is desired, we will pitch a tent in a nice spot and talk about outdoor equipment and details that will make the trip easier.
  • A Development Tour with overnight stay is a private tour with overnight stays in tents where we share the experience we have gathered over hundreds of nights in tents and from countless trips.

Feel free on your adventure

You decide the style of the trip – Do you want to become safer on the gravel road or do you want to do it as a test ride before your first real camping trip?

We don’t teach you how to ride fast, we focus on giving you a safer foundation and greater margins for great experiences on the bike!

Suggestions for different elements that are included:

  • When to stand up and when to sit.
  • Where we place our weight when standing, the inner footpeg or the outer footpeg.
  • Review of the Tool Kit and Puncture Kit.
  • How to lift the front/rear wheel without a central support.
  • Navigation. Creating routes and planning a trip.
  • Braking technique and how ABS affects different situations.
  • Cornering and riding with fluidity in the ride.
  • Slippery surfaces, knowing what is slippery and how to test the grip.
  • Roads with a central ridge and crossing it safe.
  • How to get free if you get stuck.

For those of you who are going on your first trip, we can tailor the Development Tour to be the perfect preparation for your trip.

We put together an overnight trip and weave in different elements but place great emphasis on coffee breaks where we talk about trip planning, packing, tents and everything that goes with it.

Overnight trips start in the morning on the first day and end at lunch after the overnight stay.

Suggestions for different elements that are included:

  • Creating a packing list and adapting equipment for different trips.
  • Placing packing on the bike.
  • What we don’t need to bring on the trip.
  • Tent, tarp and sleeping equipment.
  • Outdoor kitchen and plan for food during the trip.
  • Choosing a camping site.
  • Content is also woven in from the technical elements.

Equipment

Participants are responsible for their own motorcycle and its equipment including tools and we recommend that you participate with the equipment you normally bring on tours.

For Development Tours with overnight stays and outdoor activities, it is possible to borrow a tent and kitchen, but the participant must bring their own sleeping bag and luggage.

For tours with overnight stays, a suggested packing list is included and if the goal is to carry out a test trip, we will review the packing in advance so that it is equivalent to the trip you are preparing for.

We primarily depart from Mora, Insjön and Fågelsjö (Hälsingland).

Travel compensation is added when starting from other locations.

Code of ConductPurchase agreement

DALEXS philosophy

Creating a route to ride can be done by many, but creating a complete experience with cohesion and added value that you remember with warmth, that is what we strive to create.

The Code of Conduct is the foundation of our activities and it describes how we behave on tour. In short, the Code of Conduct describes how we respect the roads we travel on and the residents in the areas where we move. We want to leave the smallest possible footprint behind us to create a sustainable motorcycle culture on the gravel roads.

Our strength is that you as a participant feel safe both socially and while driving.

The experience should be developing and exciting, so we continuously read the needs of the participants and adapt continuously so that everyone gets the level of excitement that is needed but without exceeding the level.

A non-prestige atmosphere is the key to interesting conversations and honest feedback. We have no need to show off, we want to meet you and create a nice experience.

When the participant rolls home after the tour, it should be with a smile from a nice experience and with new acquaintances, then we have succeeded!
